Pološka jama (Polog cave), located above Tolmin, is one of my favorite caves. It is a maze of over 10 kilometers of corridors with three entrances stretching from the upper entrance at 1249 m above sea level to the bottom of the cave at 575 m. It is interesting that the cave was mostly discovered from bottom up. This time we first re-did some photographing near the entrance, then visited lower parts of the cave. However there wasn’t enough time to get to the bottom so the next visit is already scheduled.
