Krivopeta jama

During this year’s First of May camp, which was held at Robidišče near Breginj, we found quite a few interesting caves. The cherry on the cake was Krivopeta jama (Krivopeta cave), which has reached 1445 m in length and 145 m in depth after only a few days of exploration. The cave is a web of tunnels with endless branches and side tunnels. During the last excursion in the timeframe of the camp, two potential continuations were discovered, and subsequent excursions further extended and deepened the cave.

In the last two excursion during the camp, the research teams were joined by a photographic team, which photographed all cave parts, that were discovered so far.
