Pozno jeseni 2022 smo obiskali Brezno pod Na Glenom. Brezno leži pod lovsko kočo Na Glenu, zato je dobilo tudi tako, nekoliko nenavadno ime. Glavna posebnost tega brezna je ledeno jezero v prvi dvorani, do katere se spustimo 100 m po precej enotnem breznu. Ob našem obisku je bilo ledeno jezero že zelo plitvo in zato precej temnejše barve, kot spomladi, ko je bila jama raziskana. Od dvorane vodi precej razsut vodoraven rov do manjše stopnje, pred katero in pod katero se spet pojavlja led. Vir tega ledu vsekakor ne more biti sneg s površine, ampak verjetno pronicajoča voda zamrzuje zaradi zelo nizkih zimskih temperatur v jami. Jamo bo treba še kdaj fotografirati bolj na začetku poletja.

In the late autumn of 2022, we visited Brezno pod Na Glenom (Abyss under Na Glenu). The cave lies below the Na Glen hunting lodge, which is why it got its rather unusual name. The main feature of this cave is the ice lake in the first hall, to which one needs to descend 100 meters down a quite uniform shaft. At the time of our visit, the ice lake was already very shallow and therefore much darker in than in spring, when the cave was explored. A horizontal tunnel with a lot of loose stones leads from the hall to a smaller shaft, in front of which and below which there is some more ice. The source of this ice certainly cannot be snow from the surface, but probably the seeping water freezes due to the very low winter temperatures in the cave. The cave will have to be photographed again at the beginning of summer.
